Pros: good price; contains all the necessary mounting hardware
Cons: Despite the name "Peerless PT660 Universal Tilt wall Mount the unit does not tilt.
Comments: The tilt mechanism is in the two brackets that attach to the TV. Each bracket has three bolts that lock the tilt mechanism to the hardware attached to the TV. One bolt has end caps that are pressure attached to each end. The other two bolts have nuts on one end and a proprietary attachment on the other end. The unit I received is permanently locked at what appears to be a 15 degree upward angle. There is no way to tilt the mount without removing these 6 (three on each bracket) bolts. I cannot believe that these bolts were simply attached for shipping purposes, clearly they are for supporting the TV on the brackets. I cannot recommend this unit to anyone.

Installed easily and was marked "Made in the USA". Stay away from the chinese garbage that is marketed by the competition. One tip, you will need a long screwdriver, so what I used was a 1/4" socket type screwdriver tip with extensions. Just add in enough extensions for the length you need. Another tip, download the instructions and read them before it arrives, this will aid in assembly time.

Easy setup,tilt adjust is good feature. Bolted directly into wall studs...like a rock.Would probably hold 5 times its weight rating. Good solid unit. Adjustable for just about any size set. Reccomend in a heartbeat.

This tilt mount was compatible for my 46" Flat Screen HDTV. It installed easily (comes with accessories to aid installation). Well made and durable.

This wall mount is a great buy for the price. Seems like it is good quality. But their are a few issues that I do not like about it, First you are not able to adjust the angle of the tv once it is hung on the wall because the screws that hold in in place will hit the wall if turned. Second the set screws on the bottom are hard to screw in if you angle the tv down.
