Easy to install, came with all the right parts,

directions a little sketchy but illustrations were good.

Very well made (sturdy, adjustable, in-arm cable management

channel, low profile against the wall).

Holds the 100lb Plasma (50 inch) solidly even when extended

out from the wall the full 28 inches.
