This mount is a high quality item. The instructions could be a little more clear. The cautions and info are printed in most languages in the civilized world but the actual instructions are just illustrations and dimentions with were to mount the item. Fortunately the item is not that complicated.

This is great if you want your TV flushed up agains the Wall. I only recommend this for a LED Samsung AND IF you don't plan on moving cables around from the back of the TV set. The only negative (which I new before buying it) is when you are trying to connect additional cables. It's difficult to reach behind the set and it's difficult to see the ports. I don't recomend this mount if you plan on constantly reconnecting items to the back of your set. For those items that we constantly move around the house (i.e. PS, video camera, wii....) I simply purchased another set of cables. In other words, I left the original set of cables plugged into the back of the tv set. In short, this does the job as described. The TV looks great handing on the wall - it's like a picture frame.

Once this is up, its amazing. Installation was a little tricky..just look for videos on YouTube, and it was a breeze. Honestly, if you have a Samsung LED TV, you need this. It makes the TV look amazing on a wall.

I bought this mount to hang a Samsung 46" LED TV above a fireplace.
It comes with a variety of screws for most wall surfaces, and I love the way you can pull the bottom of the TV away from the wall while it is hanging in order to hookup cables, etc.
Unfortunately you must be able to screw the mount points into the wall in the exact right place - there is very little room for adjustment (0" vertical, about 1/2" horizontal). If you have something behind your TV like a cable jack or electrical outlet, make sure it is not where you will want to mount this unit, or (like me) you'll be back on Amazon ordering a new mount.
My next attempt will be the Sanus VMPL250B, which I can attach to the wall lower than my cable jack, and has more flexible placement options for the screws along the horizontal axis.

I got this mount as it looked like a great idea. Simple to install, though lining up the two holes in the wall took some time to figure out. My biggest concern is using the plaster mount system. I just could not trust hanging my new TV from just the plaster. The package does provide 4 Hilti plaster bolt mounting devices, though you only need two. They are effectively one use items. In the end I found one wooden stud to use a the big wood bolts (provided) and then used one of the Hilti plaster mounts. I would have been reassured to have two studs to use, but in the end I think this is pretty strong to hang a 100 pounds off of.
I did try one of the identical slim mounts sold on Amazon, which are a Chinese knockoff. The plaster mounting system is crap and I would NOT dare try it. My biggest issue was the quality of the plastic they used for the mounts that fit on the TV. I could easily see the cheap plastic cracking after the strain that the cable would place on it. Go with the Samsung product, its well worth it.

This is an excellent low profile mount for my Samsung 46 flat screen. It's a little bit complicated to intall on the TV and on the wall, but the end result is worth the extra effort! Well made product that get your TV very close to the wall!
