This mount is the same thing as sold in stores for $250! Great product for an amazing price, you won't find a better deal on the same wall mount!

The quality of materials used is as good as you can get for the price. It is not flimsy at all, once you pick this thing up you will see. HOWEVER, the quality of construction is not the best.
READ THIS:
Front panel and back panel are not level (at least in my unit). So, if you level the back panel to the wall, the front panel which your TV attaches will not be level. Therefore, neither will your TV. Make sure to level the front panel even if this means the back panel looks crooked, because you definitely do not want to have a crooked TV.
This is not to say that it wont hold your TV because it most defiantly will not go anywhere. I trust it with my 60" kagillion pound Samsung.

Take the time to follow the instructions while hanging this mount on the wall and you will be very satisfied. I recently bought my first flat-paneled television, and decided immediately to hang it upon my wall. When searching for wall mounts, this appeared the most stable of the tilting and telescoping mounts, using two arms rather than the single-armed design provided by others.
The only complaint I would have about the mount is the most severe angle at which you can set the television. I have a 40" Toshiba, and I would like to see an angle with an even greater angle to watch TV should I choose. It's clear that if you have a larger TV, your potential viewing angle at which you will be square with the TV will diminish.
